Your Telegram of 26th September it is proposed to proceed against Hanametal in prize court for unneutral service. Monition will expire on 12th October not 20th October as stated in my telegram of 2ård September.

There was no cargo.

Enquiries had to be made owners

Case for condemnation nationality not known at first. now weak but hope to justify seizure in order to avoid any costs and damages. Ground for suspicion as follows (A) German officers taken on board at Tsingtâu 5th August (B) thereafter voyages to Tsingtau Chefoo and Shanghai without cargo (C) no evidence of transfer to United States of America except elearances (D) no 0.5.A. officers (E) no official log(F) no certificate of registry.
